Summary
Jom Rumah Sabah (sabah.homes) respects your privacy. We only collect information you provide voluntarily, and use it solely to help you.
What we collect
- Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (visitor counts, popular pages, traffic sources). This only activates after you tap "Accept" on the cookie notice. We also log WhatsApp button clicks anonymously (page, project, language).
- "Request a callback" form: if you fill in the callback form, we collect your name and phone number solely so Hanafi can contact you. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
- Loan documents (where applicable): if Hanafi sends you a private link to upload documents for a loan application, the documents you upload (e.g. identity card, salary slip) are sent over an encrypted connection, stored in private storage that only Hanafi can access, used solely for your loan application, and automatically deleted after 14 days. These documents are only shared with the relevant bank/LPPSA to process your application, with your consent.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics) after you tap "Accept" on the cookie notice. You may decline, and the site remains fully functional.
When you tap a WhatsApp button, you're taken to the WhatsApp app with a pre-filled message. Your conversation with Hanafi is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
PDPA
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Information and documents you share are used only for the purposes stated above, are never sold to third parties, and you may request their deletion at any time.
